Paytree is a fintech company providing merchants with a payment orchestration and aggregation solution. Our platform enables merchants to access multiple payment gateways and accept a wide range of payment methods through a single, seamless integration via our API.
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service, and helping them navigate the complexities of integrating payment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fintech products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client accounts and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of merchant clients.
Onboard new clients, ensuring smooth integration of our payment orchestration platform.
Act as an advocate for clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their success with our product.
Provide training and troubleshooting support to clients, addressing questions and concerns related to our platform.
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure that client feedback is effectively communicated and solutions are provided in a timely manner.
Regularly review client accounts to ensure they are maximizing the value of our platform and its features.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
Monitor client health metrics and proactively address issues to prevent churn.
Prepare and deliver reports, updates, and recommendations to clients regarding their account performance.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services or features.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Required Skills & Experience:
1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles within the fintech or SaaS space.
Good understanding of payment systems, payment gateways, or e-commerce solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Proven track record of building long-term client relationships and successfully driving client retention.
Ability to analyze data and reports to provide actionable insights to clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer support software.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment.
